• View Photos •:: Tour Route(s) or Location Skied/Ridden Ben Rinnes. Start carpark at Coll, skin up Round Hill, Roy's Hill, and ridge to summit. Then skiied down SW face from summit towards distillery twice, fantastic fresh snow. return to car by ascent route and fun ski down steep slope to road
:: Weather Conditionsgreat start - sunshine, clouded over to 15m viz on way up and cleared up on summit and for BOTH runs down!!
:: Snow Conditions and DistrubtionFantastic deep fresh powder - on Southerly aspects, firmer on ridge for perfect for skiing up on.

• View Photos •:: Tour Route(s) or Location Skied/Ridden Huntly Nordic Outdoor Centre to The Bin Forest. Bit of skiing around the centre on the downhill slope, dry mat and around the rollerski track. All were great with anice layer of snow. Then headed to The Bin via the the path along the Deveron. Short ski through The Bin including a really nice steep slope, which was great coming back down. Retraced route .

Brown Cow Hill from Cock Bridge
:: Weather ConditionsOvercast, cloud base around 4000ft. Good visibility, moderate W wind. Above freezing at all levels.
:: Snow Conditions and DistrubtionExcellent cover on most aspects. Thaw in progress, snow wet and sticky. Easy travel conditions on skins, but a bit disappointing on the downhill.
