:: CairnGorm Mountain Official Report

Last Update 16.50hrs on Tuesday 3rd Feb 2026

Mountain closed for today - strong winds with continued drifting across the access roads, heavy snow and strong winds forecast to continue throughout the night.

Tomorrow's outlook isn't looking promising with similar conditions expected on the roads. Current forecasts are variable so we will have to wait until the team arrive to make a call on whether we can operate for snowsports. We will aim to update as early as possible.

Lastly, we kindly ask that no one parks in any mountain car parks overnight, especially during snow storms as this can impact our snow clearing operations. There is overnight parking available in Glenmore.
