:: Tour Route(s) or Location Skied/Ridden
Beinn a Bhuird

Parked at Punch Bowl near Mar Lodge.
Biked into Ford 5.5km north of Punch bowl, carrying skis on packs and wearing tele boots.
Some snow patchs on track. so get off bike and push a couple times.
Walked up An Diolland, and got skis on around 650m, then lovely skin up around 3km to plateau and corrie rim, skinned north towards North top of Beinn a Bhuird, but snow ran out 3/4km short of summit, so ripped skins off and skied back down around 1km of ascent route, then skinned up snow patches towards South Top.
short walk to snow at headwall of All an t-Sneachda .
Fantastic ski down All an t-Sneachda, steep at first, then near 2.5 km ski run down, 550m vertical, getting narrower near end, and fun skiing in stream gully.
Then 2 to 3km hike back out to bikes.

Total 8 hour day, 25km, and lots of S's in spring snow
:: Weather Conditions
Foggy until around 11am, then cloud burnt off to reveal a classic scottish ski tour day, blue skys and sunshine and not much wind.
freezing level above tops
:: Snow Conditions and Distrubtion
Perfect velvet spring snow, very forgiving to ski on, making steeps good fun, and great for signature S's in the snow. got a bit heavier going near snowline.

:: Skiers/Riders
Andrew and Becky (George had bad cold, so skied at Lecht)
