Long route from Glenshee ski car park to Glas Maol, round Cairn of Claise to the 983m top of Cairn Bannoch. North to Carn an t-Saigairt Mor then a long trek back over Tolmount and Coire Fionn.
:: Weather Conditions
Perfect.
:: Snow Conditions and Distrubtion
Scary ice, even with ski crampons, up Glas Maol (NW ridge). Very fast in morning on icy snow, then gradually softened up and got slower. Almost complete cover above 800m
