:: Tour Route(s) or Location Skied/Ridden
started from B9002 1km SSE of "elrick" farm.
headed across moor towards Scad Hill, then up Kebbuck Knowe, after that North to "The Buck" @721m.
Skiied 200m vertical down West side of Buck on lovely sun-softened spring snow.
Then back up to summit, and skiied down East side back to car - snow much firmer here since sun had moved on.
:: Weather Conditions
Clear and plenty sunshine.
freezing level ~650m - but snow softness depened on aspect and facing sun.
:: Snow Conditions and Distrubtion
spring snow lower down upto 600m, then still spring snow in sunny slopes, firmer in shade.

Did the route on fishscale Fischer E109.
fast travelling and good fun tele skiing on the spring snow.
