This is what I came for....the West Kip powder field!

Skins on from the car park again. Good coverage and depth of snow at low altitude (270m)

Parked car at Nine Mile Burn just off A702. Climbed West Kip and returned via moonlight and torchlight(!) to Nine Mile Burn via route of ascent.
:: Weather Conditions
Temp -1c at car. Strong E wind above 400m. Good visibility in the main before darkness descended!
:: Snow Conditions and Distrubtion
Excellent snow coverage. Best snow on S and E aspects. Small cornices starting to form in one or two areas facing W.
