First real snow of the winter for the Fells. Ski toured, snow kited, pushed, walked (lots), slid a bit and speed flew my way from Clough Head to Raise and back. Video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBWRH35SyfoLovely day with a bit of mist from time to time. Could of done with a bit more wind for the snow kite.
:: Snow Conditions and Distrubtion
Snow line 1500ft ish. From 2000ft fresh snow with no base from 2-6 inch in dirfts, slid well as does the grass.
